DC’s/CA's and Club Officers

Are you a new DC or Jt. DC or Center Administrator?  There is a DC/CA Guide that contains a wealth of information.  The new version has been distributed to each club and riding center (Feb. 2012).

The on-line version has links so you may also want to access the document on-line.  Topics within the  "Publications" - "Forms" - "DC-CA Guide".  

All officers should also join the DC Digest to receive information via e-mail.  There is often miscommunication from other DC’s so watch for responses from the National office on certain topics.

Each club needs to have club policies.  These policies should be reviewed by the officers and sponsors every 2 – 3 years.   A copy of your clubs policies must be submitted and approved by the RS.  This chapter is from the DC guide -  Bylaws & Policies

To track your member’s ratings and regional participation there is the Membership Record form.  Members should also keep track of their activities on their own copy of this form.  

The USPC logos are also posted below - a jpeg file plus two files for silk screening T-shirts or banners.
